Welcome to my portfolio and blog. This is my part of the web that doesn't just hold my prints and the artwork I sell. This holds many things I have done years ago and things I have done for myself. It also contains my website projects that I have done for customers and companies. I am always looking for new challenges and experiences to learn and grow. My influences are taken from my everyday life and my view of the world and it's components. I go even further and take influences by the none corporial. Thoughts, belief, perspective. Make sure to check out my etsy shop and join my mailing list for sales and promos.
SHOPMy friend, who is a musician. once asked me, Do you think having a creative mind a curse or a gift? This puzzled me. From the moment I drew in my first sketch book, I knew I wanted to be an "artist". Is this a curse or a blessing? You know exactly what you want to do but on the other hand, you might not make a living with it and doing anything else feels like a nightmare.
I’ve known that art was my calling since I was a tiny little creature. The question was what I would be doing exactly and how I would do it. As much as I liked to paint I had an urge to be an entrepreneur and start my own business.
Unfortunately school took most of my time and I wasn't sure how to go about having my own shop. A couple of business and art classes later I started contemplating opening up a sellers account on etsy. That was when I receive the newsletter - Best Advice so far: An article about multiple etsy sellers who now work full time doing the thing they love.
I knew it then and there. I was born to do this! A way to turn around and say a creative mind and the need to create, paint, etc. is nothing but a blessing.
And here I am. Starting my shop. Part-time while I am at university but I'm crossing my fingers to make this a full time venture. Share my paintings and a part of my mind with my most appreciated customers.
AND SO: I bring you my prints and eventually my creations. If you find my artwork touches you, we might have the same twisted brain!
