If you are an International buyer, please take in account that you may have to pay duties and taxes on the purchased item once it arrives. If you wish to find out more, you can contact your local customs office. Note I am not responsible for custom taxes the buyer is.
Shipping
I do all my shipping through Canada Post. There are no insurance unless you are willing to pay the extra charge.
Shipping Time
Canada: 2 to 7 days
USA: 4 to 10 days (it might be held up at customs)
International: 5 to 12 days (it might be held up at customs)

Already made orders will be ship within 48 hours of order (except weekends and holidays)
Made to order items might take up to 1 week. (most likely less)

Refunds and Exchanges
Afraid something might go wrong? Or that it might look amazing on the internet but not so much once you receive it? I understand I am an occasional online shopper and I know that I freak out about it. Let me reassure you that, you as the customer, comes first. I will do my best to make sure we both come out of this purchase as happy as cockroaches eating a twinky.
If anything is wrong with your purchase, please contact me right away! I will happily accept returns on the items for a full refund, minus shipping within:

International: 4 weeks
After that, I will assume that you hung it on a wall and its making your world a little bit more creepy.
